Before setting up his own consulting and training practice, he gained experience in research, academics and the corporate world. Having worked as research scholar and instructor with MDI, Gurgaon, Syracuse University, N.Y., FORE, PECHRD (Public Enterprises Center for HRD), he moved to the corporate world and has worked in different industry sectors. He has worked in the human resources, training function of companies such as Group USHA, IIS Infotech (now Steria), Polaris, HFCL, and Executive Director of LML Group, etc. Lastly, he was the CEO of n-ablers Infotech, a software company based out of Gurgaon. Currently, he is the Director at NCR Academy of Management, a training and business consulting organization.
He has been associated with some of the best Indian and multi-national companies as consultant, facilitator/speaker / and coach.
He is a trained Master facilitator by Allied Signals, USA and Cooper & Lybrand (Now PwC) to conduct the program on ‘Total Quality Leadership’, a unique program focusing on process improvement & cost reduction, while creating a culture of team work and leadership in the organisation. He regularly speaks at the leading engineering and management institutes across the country. He has been closely associated with TIE (The IndUS), an organisation to assist entrepreneurial development across the globe.
He is a Doctorate from Maxwell School of Social Sciences, Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY. He has been awarded the prestigious junior fellowship of Smithsonian Institute, Washington. He has also served as a Member of CII National Committee on HRD. He has significant international exposure in particular in USA, UK, Germany, and Japan.
